Automation Technician
Seeking candidate with proven experience in testing,
commissioning, troubleshooting, HVAC control systems.
Experienced
in performing “point-to-point” testing/check out
of control systems.
Good communication skills with
clients and mechanical / electrical contractors.
Firm understanding of low-voltage systems and wiring
diagrams.
Utilize electronic testing equipment.
Basic knowledge
of HVAC Sequences including direct expansion cooling,
variable air volume control, lead/lag pumping strategies.
load, and test all programs.
Good communication
skills a plus, in order to provide owner training.
Demonstrate
a record of safe driving as needed for travel to
the jobsite.
Able to work independently to meet project
deadlines and job cost constraints.
Sales Engineer
Seeking highly qualified technical sales representative with 5 years or more experience in negotiated sales in energy management and building automation.
Knowledge of building energy savings analysis, calculating ROI and total cost of ownership, and experience with Oregon Energy Trust programs is preferred.
Must have some level of DDC Controls sales experience, or related high level HVAC and/or process controls experience, especially in SW Washington and Oregon.
Communication skills, both written and verbal, and good organizational skills, are essential for success.
Previous sales experience with Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Alerton, Automated Logic, or others is a plus.
